"Friendly staff ftom the minute we walk in the door. Never EVER have to wait. I stress that because in the past at other dentists offices, I've always been made to wait sometimes 5 mins up to 30 mins and that is annoying. Time is precious to me, at dr Thomas' office, we are in and out consistently which allows me to keep my plans as scheduled for the remainder of my day. Did I mention the friendly staff?? Always smiling, pleasant, inquisitive. I have and will continue to recommend dr Thomas as a great dental facility."

The staff was asking them questions about their summer activities and the approaching school year. "Had a great first visit with Dr. Thomas! I had to switch from my long-time dentist for insurance reasons. I had no idea where to go but I drove past Dr. Thomas' office and was excited to see a sign posted that they accept Delta Dental so I figured that was my cue to give him a call. I'm glad I did! The entire staff was wonderful and I am looking forward to future visits. I even referred a friend and she was amazed when she called and got an appointment so quickly. " We had just moved here two years ago and my worst fear is looking for a new dentist. Someone had recommended Dr. Thomas's office from my husband's work. We are so happy. The hygienist are very good. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job cleaning your teeth. Dr. Thomas is also great. He is friendly, thorough and only does what is necessary. I was also impressed with the front office. They were really nice and friendly. They always answer any questions that I have. I was surprised how they new everyone that came through the door like they have been there for years. My two girls love to go to the dentist here. They always ask when their next appointment is. I am so glad we found Dr. Thomas's office. "

"Just a little bit over board on the reminders leading up to the appointment. I got 3 phone calls, 2 emails, and a text message reminding me. While I do appreciate a reminder and the connectivity, I found it a little bit much. One email like a week or two out and another the day before would have been perfect. No need for phone calls or texts."

I switched from my previous dentist because my office relocated and I needed to find a closer dentist so I would not be away from work very long.
